This is New

This is taking me awhile to figure out. It is a great form of communication though.

The Frier family is experiencing quite a few firsts lately. The first time using a blog, a first tooth, a first time sitting- most of the firsts are from our little 7-month old, Jodi. Jodi got her first tooth last week and is breaking in a second. She pushed herself into a sitting position yesterday. Jodi also started crawling- backwards- but still crawling.

Daniel, our 2-year old, is talking more and more. The funniest thing he says so far is, "What-are-you-talking-about." He says it really fast and almost grunt like. His favorite word to say is "milk." I swear he sounds exactly like a cat mewing when he says it. Daniel thinks his beastly 2-year old body can do the same things his nimble thin 4-year old brother's body can. We have had many falls off the bunk bed as well as many tight jams with the bed. Daniel just wants to destroy anything that Noah is playing with- especially if Noah is having a fun time.

Noah just turned 4 a couple weeks ago. He had the Star Wars birthday. Daddy spoiled him and got him everything Star Wars you can imagine. Noah loves "The Empire Strikes Back." His favorite parts are the parts with the AT-ATs and the Ice Cat- where Luke Skywalker cuts off the arm and blood squirts out. Noah loves it. (He's a boy!) Noah is having a hard time as Daniel gets bigger and wants to be with Noah. Noah really likes his alone time where he can play with his toys without the Beast crashing them. It makes me laugh, though, when the boys would rather play with Jodi's baby toys rather than their own toys.

Noah and Daniel have both discovered the fun of playing "house". They each have a Pooh Bear night light/teddy bear that they call "Baby." They feed it a bottle just like I do with Jodi. They feed their Baby babby food, just like Jodi. They are very good at playing "Daddy." It is so sweet to see.

Pretty cool, Laura. Just wanted to let you know I visited your blog. Can't believe you're up this late!

Love, Mom

P.S. I'm up, watching Jane Eyre. Just took a quick break. Back to the exciting conclusion.
